Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you do not attend your appointment without notice, 50% of the booking fee will be retained.
Please note that the booking fee for personal tax filing is a deposit toward the service charge. The remaining balance will be paid after the service is completed, whether the service is provided in person or remotely.
